Your Questions, Answered
-
A day-of coordinator steps in to take the plans you’ve already created and make sure they’re carried out. I oversee the timeline, coordinate vendors, manage setup and key transitions, answer questions, troubleshoot the unexpected, and become the main point of contact so you don’t have to be.
-
While the majority of my work happens closer to your event, we’ll connect beforehand so I can fully understand your plans, priorities, vendors, timeline, and all the little details that matter to you. The goal is to make the handoff feel seamless, not to show up on event day and learn as we go.
-
Not at all! Lune can support weddings, engagement proposals, birthdays, showers, milestone celebrations, intimate gatherings and other special occasions. If there are moving pieces to manage, there’s probably a way I can help.
-
That’s completely okay. Services are flexible and can include additional support leading up to your event. If you need help finalizing your timeline, confirming vendors, reviewing logistics, organizing details, or tying up loose ends, we can build that into your package.
-
Absolutely. No two events require the exact same level of support, so packages are tailored around your event, priorities, and budget. After we talk through what you’ve planned and where you need help, I’ll provide a personalized proposal based on your needs.
-
Custom services begin at $500 for smaller-scale event support, with pricing based on the size of your event, hours of coverage, logistics, location, and level of coordination needed. You’ll receive clear pricing in your personalized proposal before booking.
-
Yes. Once we reach the appropriate point in the process, I become a central point of contact for your vendors. Confirming details, arrivals, timelines, setup needs, and answering day-of questions so those calls and texts aren’t coming to you.
-
That’s a big part of why I’m there. Vendor running late? Setup question? Timeline needs to shift? Something ended up at the wrong entrance? I’ll assess it, communicate with the right people, and find the best solution possible, ideally without you ever needing to know there was an issue.
-
Yes, depending on your package. I can oversee setup and make sure signage, place cards, favors, personal décor, and other details are placed according to your plans. If your event requires extensive setup or additional hands, we can discuss staffing needs beforehand.
-
As soon as you know you’d like support! Dates are subject to availability, and popular wedding and event dates can book well in advance. Even if your plans aren’t completely finalized yet, you can still reach out and we can determine what level of support makes sense.
-
That’s actually when a coordinator can be most valuable. You’ve spent months making decisions, communicating with vendors, and thinking through every detail. The last thing you should have to do is manage all of it while you’re trying to enjoy your event. Lune steps in where your planning ends and execution begins, so you can hand over the details and be present for the day you created.
-
Checking the timeline, answering a vendor text, making sure the cake went to the correct entrance, finding the missing place card, cueing your next moment, checking that Grandma knows where she needs to be, moving something two inches because it’s bothering me... and making sure none of those things become your problem.
-
If you need to know, absolutely. If I can quietly solve it without interrupting your experience? I’m probably just going to handle it. Part of my job is knowing the difference.
-
Present. You put so much time, thought, money, and energy into creating this day. When it finally arrives, I want you experiencing it, not managing it.
-
I know how much time, thought, and care goes into planning a special day, and I don’t take it lightly when someone trusts me to help bring it all together.
With 12+ years of experience in production and line producing, managing moving pieces, anticipating needs, solving problems, and keeping things on track has become second nature to me. I’m used to juggling schedules, vendors, logistics, last-minute changes, and all the little details happening behind the scenes, while staying calm and focused through it all.
More than anything, I genuinely care. I’ll treat your plans with the same attention and intention I’d want someone to give my own, so when the day arrives, you can feel comfortable handing it over and simply enjoying it.
